SAP MDG Developer

As an SAP MDG Developer at EnQubes, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet our clients’ business requirements. Your daily responsibilities will include configuring SAP MDG components, integrating with other systems, analyzing business processes, and providing technical support to resolve issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and data consistency in enterprise systems. This is a full-time, remote / off-shore role.

You need to know:

• Data Modeling: Define the structure for storing master data, including entities, attributes, and relationships.
• Process Modeling: Configure the governance steps, including Change Request (CR) types and business activities.
• UI Framework: Build the user interface, typically based on ABAP Web Dynpro and Floor Plan Manager (FPM), or SAP Fiori for modern mobile-ready apps.
• Workflow (Rule-Based BRF+): Manage the approval sequence using the Business Rule Framework plus (BRF+) to automate decision-making and routing.

You need to be familiar with:

• Staging Area: A temporary storage area where data is held during the governance process until it is finalized and moved to the “active” area.
• Data Replication Framework (DRF): Distributes validated master data to target systems using technologies like IDocs or Enterprise Services.
• Search and Duplicate Check: Uses SAP HANA-based fuzzy search or external engines to identify potential duplicates during data entry.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP MDG Products. 3+ year of experience
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
• Knowledge of systems Integration and related methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with AI-driven technology solutions and data analytics is a plus
