SAP MM Consultant

We are looking for SAP MM Consultants with more than 10 years of experience

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of automated systems to ensure reliability, accuracy and compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system specifications, design documents, user manuals and troubleshooting guides for automation systems.
• Design and develop process control for automated systems, including hardware and software components to streamline operations and workflow.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, design documents, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides for automated systems.
• Continuously evaluate and improve automated processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical systems, including conveyor belts, material handling equipment, packaging machinery, etc.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed mechanical projects to ensure they align with budgetary and operational requirements.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, working closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and prolong operational lifespan.
